The Main Organiser of the event is Tomasz Niejadlik MEDIA, a company operating in the event, advertising and media industries. Its founder and owner, Tomasz Niejadlik, has over 30 years of experience in organising a wide range of events. Over the years, he has served as organiser or co-organiser of hundreds of events, including more than 320 automotive-focused projects.
His current portfolio includes large-scale automotive festivals, such as AUTO MOTO SHOW Toruń – the largest event of its kind in the northern part of Poland – as well as highly popular motorsport series and driver-focused sporting cycles. In addition, he has held key organisational roles at major international sporting events, including European and World Championship-level competitions.
The team behind Tomasz Niejadlik MEDIA consists of professionals with extensive experience in delivering events of various scales, including large automotive gatherings and brand-focused festivals.
At the same time, Tomasz Niejadlik is a devoted Mercedes-Benz enthusiast, the originator of the annual Mercedes-Benz fan gatherings in Toruń, and the founder and President of the Mercedes Toruń Club – the official association of Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts and Co-Organiser of the event. The club currently brings together over 40 Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts from Toruń, the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region, and several other parts of Poland.
The host of the airport where the Gathering will take place, as well as the Organisational Partner of the event, is the Aeroklub Pomorski in Toruń. This association boasts a history of over 100 years and brings together enthusiasts of various forms of aviation. It is also the organiser of numerous prestigious aviation sports events, including European and World Championships in several disciplines, such as precision flying and glider aerobatics.
As part of the Gathering, as well as the AUTO MOTO FLY Festival, the Aeroclub will provide a wide range of aviation attractions, including aircraft exhibitions, aerial displays and demonstration flights for participants and the general public.
