MEDIA ACCREDITATION
for journalists, photographers and TV crews

Representatives of the media interested in obtaining accreditation for the event are requested to submit an official application no later than May 11 to: contact@mercedestorunclub.pl.

The message should include:

• full name of the person applying for accreditation / the person nominated by the editorial office
• contact phone number
• role of the applicant / nominated person (e.g. journalist, photojournalist, TV camera operator)
• name of the editorial office, website, channel, etc.
• in the case of non-professional photojournalists and TV operators/producers, it is required to provide links showcasing the applicant’s work, such as galleries, channels with previous productions, etc. (accreditation will be granted only to individuals who demonstrate an appropriate level of experience and quality of published materials)

Submitting an accreditation request does not guarantee that it will be granted. The number of accreditations is limited.

By submitting an application, you consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000) and the applicable GDPR regulations. The provided data will be used by the organizer solely for the purpose of processing the application for participation in the event. The data will not be used by the event organizer for any marketing or commercial purposes.
